Some people wear their hearts on their sleeves - Katerina wears hers in muddy paw prints and a pocket full of top tier dog treats. When she’s not shaking up the world of animal welfare, she’s braving the British countryside with her two sassy ladies Lou Lou and Ko Ko, wellies on and rain almost guaranteed.

As a self-proclaimed introvert, she never expected her greatest connections to come on four legs, but her girls had other plans. Through them, she found a whole community of like-minded dog lovers, including Diana. What started as a simple connection quickly turned into a lifelong friendship, built on dogs, chaotic zoomies, and the unspoken trust that one of them will always have a spare poo bag.

With one black dog and one white, she’s permanently dressed in a two-tone fur coat, no outfit is safe. At this point, she’s accepted the inevitable: dog hair isn’t an inconvenience, it’s a signature accessory!
